Vojislav Klačar is an artist active in the field of multimedia arts. His artistic praxis the Kingdom of Koreta is being embodied in: sculptures, drawings, digital images, web presentations, video works, performances, theatre plays and stage installations. Since 1995 he lives and works in Belgrade.
Klačar was born in 1977 in Bihać, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He attended his primary school in Srb, Croatia, and the Gymnasium in Pljevlja, Montenegro.
In 2012 he completed his interdisciplinary PhD studies at the Department of Multimedia Arts at the University of Arts in Belgrade, with his project: The Upper House, multimedia stage piece.
In 2006 he graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture, under professor Mrđan Bajić. The same year he received An Award for Special Creative Innovation from the Miloš Bajić Fund, and enrolled in a postgraduate program at the Faculty of Fine Arts (Department of Painting).
He is the member of the Association of Serbian Artists (ULUS) since 2007.

Since 2004 till 2006 he is the Student Pro-Rector at the University of Arts in Belgrade. During that period he works as a member of: the working group to draft the Law on Student Organization (Ministry of Education and Sport of the Republic of Serbia); the Republic Council for the Development of Higher Education; the University of Arts Constitutional Committee; the University of Arts Reorganization Committee; he was heading the working group to draft the bylaws of the University of Arts Student Parliament and the workshops for the students of the University of Arts (on the Law on Higher Education, the draft of the Law on Student Organization, the bylaws of the Student Parliament), etc. Since 2006 till 2007 he is the member of the University of Arts Council.
In 2006 he represented the University of Arts at ELIA (European League of Institutes of the Arts) conference in Ghent, Belgium.
Since 2007 Klačar works as a professor of Visual Culture, the Zemun Gymnasium, Belgrade.
He published following artbooks: X Parliamentary Elections in the Kingdom of Koreta, Belgrade, 2008; and IX Government Constitution of the Kingdom of Koreta, Belgrade, 2007.
